They took 144$ from me, thinking that I will pay only 12$ for a month and when I tried to cancel to get a refund, guess what? You can't. Your money has been taken from you. After that, I contacted them while it was hard for me even to raise my issue; they converted my subscription to one month and took 30$ for it. With fees, it cost me almost 40$. Wow. $#*! holes.

Allow us to clarify. Currently, Grammarly offers the following rates:
Monthly Subscription - $30 USD/month
Quarterly Subscription - $60 USD/three months (billed as one payment)
Annual Subscription - $144 USD/one year (billed as one payment)
To ensure that our users are aware of the cost savings of an annual subscription, we also list prices by the average cost per month, although plans of more than one month are billed as one charge.
Our support team has already refunded your payment in full (incident #2618161). The refund will appear on your credit card within the next 10 business days.
