I did over 10 shipments with BoxHop and they were fantastic, they were responsive and quick, and their prices were absolutely unbeatable.
I have enjoyed my time with BoxHop, but my last shipment with them, which is the most expensive, worth up to $230, is still stuck at their warehouse (or lost, God forbid). The website was glitchy, then fixed but soon closed with a thanks, goodbye letter.
They gave me a DHL tracking number for this shipment 9 days ago, but after contacting DHL, today I found out that they did not even handover the shipment to DHL yet, which is suspicious if you ask me...
Moreover, I'm considering legal action but recalling all the good service I received from them, I wouldn't mind allowing a more couple of days.
