This site provide phone number to receive sms, for verification and activating purpose.
The feature they said on the main page looks promise, but when I fail to create a Google account with their phone number I try to contact to them by submit a support ticket (although they have Skype id but they won't reply when I try to contact by this way), it's took a long time to receive reply from them.
