“Buyer be ware”

Buyer be ware. I ordered some shirts from Rosegal on December 29th; two were shipped that day and one on Jan. 11th and none have arrived. The site said that they would arrive in 12-30 days and still have yet to arrive. All I get from their customer service is that be patient it could take up to 60 days. Had I known they were located and shipping from China I would have never ordered or had I read the reviews I would have never ordered. All I get now is the run around and the same response every time. They tell me next time to pay the extra tracking fee and they don't seem to understand there will be no next time!
