They hide your email address and make it impossible to resolve simple issue... let this email show proof you are not willing to deal with your broken checkout system

I just got off the phone with Aeromexico / Delta it appears the two people I spoke with@ your place of bossiness today are mis-informed or mis representing my request.
The booking has not been confirmed... and once again your system entered my name twice... once with my birth date and the other with my wife's birth dates.
I have already booked another flight directly with Aeromexico / Delta. So just do the right thing and cancel the charges... AMEX has already been put on alert for this matter
