I ordered a shirt from them over 12 days ago. My order status has said for 2 weeks now "order printing". I think Ive been scammed.

Frances here from TeePublic and I'm very sorry to hear that you feel scammed. We are working hard to get orders out as quickly and safely as possible. We have updated our shipping timelines in business days to be honest and transparent which shows on your order confirmation email to take into account the delays within our warehouses due to social distancing guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our staff coupled with the delays our thrid-party shippers have reported to us. If there is more we can do to make this right, please reply to our last email and let us know what we can do and I know we will be happy to do it. We appreciate your patience during this time as we all navigate through all of the new changes. Again, I am very sorry you've had a poor experience.
