So I made an accident placing an order with them. Within 4 minutes of trying to change the order(which they don't let you cancel or change it anyways) I send them an e-mail asking to change it.

They spew out this ballcrap saying how there's a 30minute grace period and after that all orders are final. Which would had been fine had they not reply 20minutes later and it's still not 30 minutes on the dot.

They proceed to ignore all my emails and as of now I am going to force a refund from my credit card company and report them to the BBB. I will NEVER put up with this kind of attitude or garbage. IF you're going to run a company behave like one.

(FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO THINK THIS IS TOO LONG TO READ I'll MAKE IT SWEET AND SIMPLE--- TRIED IT OUT TO SEE IF IT WAS WORTH IT OR NOT. IT ENDED UP NOT WORKING ONLINE LIKE IT SAID IT WOULD--- IT WAS AN E-CARD AND I ACTUALLY TRIED IT IN OTHER PLACES OTHER THAN EBAY. I PAID A 4$ DOLLAR FEE JUST TO GET THE DAMNED CARD AND ON TOP OF THAT I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER 4 DOLLAR FEE JUST TO GET MY OWN REFUND ON TOP OF THAT FIRST 4 DOLLAR FEE MEANING I LOST 8 $#*!ING DOLLARS TO THEM)
I am writing to let you guys know that my experience with giftcards.com was a horrible one. While I did wanted to test it out and see how it'd work.

I ended up basically giving away 8 dollars for free just to get a refund for a card that I couldn't even use. While it was partially my fault for not doing a thorough search on their site-- or heed the warnings of the very so many warning against it's use... I will certainly say for sure they didn't have it in their customers best interest to put it right infront of them what you <can't> use the card for.

I basically bought the e-card so it could act as a proxy for me so I wouldn't have to give a company called paypal my own card(very long story) anywho-- you can't use it on paypal apparently even though paypal takes all sorts of cards and is used up on ebay...

Apparently they decided to not put that in the places that accept cards. Even though their websites clearly states (unless you actually try to thoroughly look through the site) that it's basically available for use anywhere on the internet.

I ended up trying to contact them via e-mail because I don't have time to be calling people and waiting for long periods of time (I tried once already and was on hold for a very long time before I just hung up)... and still they weren't really straight to the point...

Now while I understand they're trying to run a business and protecting themselves from malicious sellers... but an original fee of 4 dollars just to get the card and then on top of that another 4 dollar fee just to get a refund? Really? I would understand keeping the original fee-- maybe. But yeah that wasn't my cup of tea.

In the end they have hundreds of bad reviews in a damned plethora of websites and I am really questioning their business ethics and how come they haven't been sued yet. Either way I am warning you guys to steer clear of them--- as well as warning my close ones and whoever asks me about my experience with them.

Also pretty sure the people giving good reviews are just $#*!s working for the company to boost it's own credentials. Just saying.
