Ok. Please don't misunderstand me, like I've said LOVE THE SABERS! And customer service has improved alot! But when emailing back and fourth to check the status on my Graflex saber repair(for the third time) I was told as to electrical issues with the av switch,(let me remind you that I purchased all the bells and well you know costing nearly seven hundred buck's!,) I was told the reasoning for my issues was a bent charge port she told me that because of this my saber will not function normally! WHAT! Do you mean the charge port that came apart within just a couple of weeks in my possession, forcing me to return it for the first repair. Ultrasabers clearly states that if you've attempted to try.and repair yourself, you've just voided the 1 year warranty. YIPEEE The second send back was for av switch issue's and the most recent repair was all on me. You have to keep an eye on the pommel because it can come loose and out will fly your speaker! (Don't have a clue how the speaker wires came detached but they did and sence it was dark and the speaker's are black, good luck finding that! So my saber will in fact do what the rep said it wouldn't. For those who don't know what I speak of, I ordered and purchased the top nickel plated Graflex(Anakin/Luke again you know) and they loaded it up to where I have 9 to 10 sabers in one! Also each color has it's own sound font so yes it ROCKS! However, the dang av swith is doing the same thing again! Now I'm not pointing fingers, but if I were the CEO of Ultrasabers and folks were spending a great deal of money for my products, I would look into electrical issues being reported and sent back because I'm not the only one with this problem. I myself went on saber forum and read at least 7 reviews with very or the exact same issues. I've been a fan of the light saber sence my first viewing of the original 1976/77 Star Wars "a New Hope" I'm in fact a swordsman and was trained for more then 8 years(I love swords) especially light sabers and I don't dislike Ultrasabers in fact I've purchased two others the guardian (aka Qui Gon Gin) and one of the wickedest hilts I've ever seen "The Scorpion" a very awesome saber and definitely screams SITH unfortunately I couldn't afford there top of the line boards for either one of those but they still ran me 3 hundred and change each, and no this isn't about money. I just expect to receive what I paid for and well once again folks I'm singing the av switch blue's and I'm not sending it back for round 4. These sabers are supposed to handle dueling and they claim heavy dueling but that's only if your using what they call or the saber world calls a"Stunt saber" these are usually sabers with light no sound HUGH?! Well what's the use of that? The light saber stands out as a unique weapon because of that hum and clash! If that's not there,? Then what you have is a very expensive flashlight/glow stick. Now that's my opinion however I'm sure I'm not the only one. So in closing this review of my experience with shopping with Ultrasabers, it's done. I've tried reaching out to CEO Emory with no success I've even begged for a chat with him or anyone in the leadership positions and NOPE! Once upon a time ago in a galaxy far far omg! Far away! There were Customer service phone numbers and yes they still exist and yes I get everything is email, email, EMAIL! Oh and yes Ultrasabers does in fact have a customer service number! That they never! Answer, no all you'll hear is Emory letting you know there to busy to answer the calls of customers because there building and shipping as he say's" your saber". I don't know what anyone else's opinion is on this company and it's CEO,? But hopefully maybe he'll get a gander at this review and possibly improve these issues. Until that happens, I won't be doing any further business with Ultrasabers. Thanks Sincerely Darth Ammadoofess
