After I had experienced much difficulty with this site and with limited support from technical person, they gave me a "free month" subscription. Of course I had already paid for a month subscription which could not be refunded when I decided to cancel. The site has a lot of subscribers from the province of Québec who do not appear to be on the "Plenty of Fish" site.
In general the Zoosk site misrepresents the quality of their product. I would advise persons to use at their own risk. NO REFUNDS are possible.

Misleading information, clumsy interface

I have never had so much difficulty in signing up with a site as with this one. Then I decided to sign up again using a different email address and profile name. DO NOT DO THIS. The situation got worse. Attempts to request technical support were eventually answered with "You are using the wrong Email". The account was cancelled but no refund ($54.94 for 1 month) given
