I'm installing a driveway and hired Brian at BT Surveys to stake the property line. Our agreed schedule was to complete the survey by Tuesday, just in time for the concrete retaining wall, for which we'd hired expense rental equipment to complete. Tuesday turned into Wednesday which then slipped to Friday, all of which Brian had excuses for. The schedule slips cost me money on rental equipment, but at least the job would be done by Friday. Then on Friday, Brain calls me saying he's now uncomfortable with the job and won't stake the property, completely screwing me and my contractor after wasting a week and a half of our time and money. If I could rate BT with 0 stars, that's what I'd enter here. Make sure you avoid this guy if you value your time, money and project schedule.
