I tried to return a phone to them under 14 days because it couldn't play games but they said they have a 7-10 days return policy only. I talk to a supervisor and she couldn't help me out at all. She couldn't make any exception at all!?!? Now I'm stuck with a phone I cant use for gaming. My fault I waited so long I guess. And why are their plan listed as unlimited? Its only 35 GB. Im Such A Noob!

I bought the 5700 XT from Newegg and I was having minor problems with the card. I didn't want to take the risk of more problems so I try to return it. I heard the GPU have driver issue but bought it otherwise since some people say they didn't have any problem.It cost a big whopping $60 stocking fee for having the item for like two days. They don't even pay for shipping to send it back so you have to pay for that too. I also read that some people say Newegg didn't even accept their returns. If you do buy from Newegg, make sure you going to keep the item or else it will cost you money! Otherwise go buy somewhere else like Amazon. I return stuff from there before with no stock fee and got my full payment back!

I was scammed on eBAy by a buyer who has more than 4000 reviews in Jan 2020. He made claim that my gaming laptop and charger was missing and charge back me. Everything else was in the package. I believe he took them out then took pictures of it and then open up a case which i lost. EBay refused to help me and told me to go to PayPal. PayPal also just yesterday favor the buyer and wont help me out at all. USPS said since he send the item back to me cause eBay told him to, i cant claim insurance no more. I have receipt of the shipping with the weight but doesn't help. If your selling on eBay go somewhere else. There will be no help for you if you get scammed. DO NOT TRUST tech2upcrepair. HE IS A SCAMMER!

I got scam by a buyer for my gaming laptop and they charge-back me and open up a case. Its been 5 months and the case is still open with no help at all. I contacted them through there phone and chat two months ago which they just told me to wait longer. Two months Later, I BBB them and they dont respond at all. I twitter them they ask for my account and case number and after i give it to them, they dont respond back no more. Dont sell stuff on eBay. EBay is no help at all, they told me to talk to PayPal about it. USPS wont help cause since he sent the package back because of eBay, i cant get insurance for it too. Now the thief has my laptop and i lost a lot of money because of it. Lesson Learn. Warning to others not to sell on eBay and expect a resolution if you get scam. Do not buy insurance for your package if your selling stuff on ebay. I sold my gaming laptop on ebay and shipped it with usps with insurance. The buyer scammed me and send me my item back. I lost alot of money. Ebay and paypal wont help me so i decided to see if i can file insurance. USPS denied me multiple time when i appeal. They wanted the buyer to take it to the usps store to inspect it but the buyer refused to do it which means im out of luck. I even send pictures the buyer sent me to prove my case but i still lost. Buying insurance is useless if the buyer refuse to help you. Why would he help you when he is scamming you!?!?
