I was working with Steve Bort as my customer service representative. He definitely under promised and over delivered. He told me that the concerns department would have a decision within a couple of days but he was able to expedite my concern and I had a resolution within a hour. Outstanding customer service and really treated me as if I was family or a very close friend. I would highly recommend Steve Bort if you deal with Elite Sports!
