About Me

I used to hold a mutual fund license under the Alberta Securities Commission so I know what kind of ‘crap’ companies like Nittrex and TradeLAX are full of when they try to tell you $#*! like, “taxes to the Hong Kong Government are due first” or “you made risky trades.” There are NO trades actually being made in either of these two platforms! They are both just virtual, faked representations of trades that don’t actually exist! If you have sent them funds via Bitcoin, they have just deposited it!

How I Can Help

File a report online with the FBI. File a report online with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. File a report online or over the phone with your home Securities Commission. File a report with the FTC. File a report with your local police! If you know where these $#*!s are located, file a report with the police in their jurisdiction! Write online reviews and provide screen shots of your ‘fake’ investments. Upload copies or screen shots of your e-transfers or wire transfers here.

Interests

Investing. Camping. Canoeing. Drag Racing. Beating scammers with a baseball bat to the head!

CopeCart is a somewhat legit online seller of digital products but they are based in Germany and sell many 'scam' items! Of 'special' note is the "7-Figure Accelerator" program sold by Philip Johansen, who lives in Dubai, of course! This so-called "digital online affiliate marketing program" promises $1,000/day incomes and a complete business set up for buyers. Supposedly, they set up a funnel for one item and an auto responder email system. But I have yet to see evidence of either of these two systems actually working. After posting more than 120 Reels and Posts on Instagram and TikTok and reaching over 340,000 new accounts, I have yet to see a single sale from this "online business". The program costs $2500US and there are no refunds because it is a digital product and they say that you can't refund it because they don't know if you've copied it or shared it with other people, blah blah blah. The support team at philipjohansen.com is equally uncooperative and unwilling to offer any refunds for people who don't make any money in this program. Don't waste your money… It's a total scam… And only the top affiliates who have been in with Philip for over a year are making any money at all.

I tried this game because I happened across an advertisement that said you could actually make money playing this game. However, the programming is skewed such that, when you're not playing with real money (just tokens), you can win more than 50% of the games you play and garner more tokens. But when you "throw down" a couple dollars in an attempt to win real money, the game blocks you from even finishing a hand of solitaire. You can win or "place" in the top three in dozens of games in a row when you're playing for tokens but as soon as you bet any real money, the game robs you of your funds. I contacted the site developers but their response was something akin to "you are matched to players of the same level" or something like that. But if that were true, you should win just as many "money" games as "token" games but that never happens. I'm done!

These guys are one of the worst ‘companies' to get involved with and I use the word ‘company' very loosely. I am 100% certain that their entire operation is virtual – you only "see" trades on your computer screen; they are ‘animated' for your benefit but no real trading occurs. They just pocket your money and keep you ‘interested' as long as they can, hoping you will invest more funds with them. When you want to make a withdrawal, they will reluctantly agree and when the time comes for the actual withdrawal, they will come up with some excuse as to ‘why' they can't forward your funds or, worst case, they will pretend the market had a "negative trajectory that day" and will pretend to "lose" your entire account! Then, they will try to make you believe if you add another $5000 or $*******, you can "recover" your funds somehow. Do yourself and your hard-earned money a favour and avoid these guys like they plague', especially Christian Brandt – worst of the worst!
We have reported these scammers to our local police, the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre and the FBI and are using a lawyer to ‘attack' the individuals involved in this scam. Do the same if you've been a victim and stay away if you haven't already sent them any funds!

Tip for consumers:
Don’t send them ANY money!

Dear Kevin,

We are truly unable to understand where the issue you claim to have stems from. Your case has been handled professionally and you have been catered to by all levels of our firm: from the Support Department through the Trading Department, all the way to our most senior Financial Advisors. Ultimately, funds have been lost and that is due to your own trading decisions. You have been offered a Recovery plan on multiple occasions, which would reimburse a good amount of your lost investment, and potentially return it in full. Furthermore, you have suspended all communication with your Financial Advisor, who’s job is to assist you out of the situation you have put yourself in. And on top of all of this, you resort to slander on online platforms and to threatening us with a plethora of institutions and legal action, as if we are the ones to blame for the consequences of your own decisions.

Taking into account the current review we are responding to, it becomes clear to us that you have traded with other companies as well and we can see the way you speak about them is similar to what we receive from you. This leads us to asking an important question: Does the issue truly lie in the companies you have resorted to slandering online, or is your own decision making the root of your problems?

We would also like to express our doubts regarding the integrity of your claims and motivations. Our employees, especially from the Support Team, have been subjected to endless spam messages, which often have taken the form of unprovoked verbal harassment. Instead of taking part in an open discussion regarding opportunities and solutions, and at least attempt to find a way to move forward in a mutually beneficial way, you have opted for hostility and slander. Online trading has a lot in common with any social interaction or relationship, and it is up to you to find a way to navigate it, by taking into account the advise we have provided you with, from professionals with vast experience in the field. It is your choice to ignore these and to instead turn to spam and complaints.

As we already said, we can see you have stakes in other companies as well and your treatment of them is not much different than what you have subjected us to. We are not going to descend to your level and we will remain at your disposal, should you change your mind and decide you wish to remedy the situation. But do not let this fool you. We are going to defend our image and reputation when you drag our name through the mud, and we will provide argumentation about each and every instance you bring up.

I've already written a scathing review about these scammers but some of your aren't listening. Please stay away from Nittrex.co and invest your money with a REGISTERED and legal company. These guys are all over the map... they say they're from New York but they seem to have URLs that are registered all over Eastern Europe. And they also claim you have to pay taxes to the Hong Kong government BEFORE you get your funds back! Whoa! If that isn't a clue to their reputation, nothing is. I only pay taxes to my government AFTER I make money or receive profits in my bank account, not before. These guys will not give you your money back. People, you've been warned twice now! We have reported these scammers to the FBI and are proceeding with reports to the Commodities Futures Trading Org.

People! Do not bother with these thieves! Their websites are all fake and they only ‘pretend' to be investing your money. Likely, they have just taken it and purchased BitCoin for themselves or, more likely, took your funds and gone on a 6-week vacation, like my ‘advisor' Sul did. This company is unregistered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the National Futures Association and I am surprised platforms like Gemini and Bitbuy even work with them to move your funds. Don't get taken in. They will only pretend to show you fantastic returns (we ‘supposedly' made over $340,000!), and then demand additional funds from you to pay for commissions and fees and taxes, rather than simply transferring the funds to you minus those fees. No other legitimate broker in the world acts the way these people do so PLEASE stay away from them and report them to the CFTC and the NFA as we have done and maybe we can ‘run these thieves out of town'.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away from Nittrex.co!!!
