My brother bought a pair of sandals from this online store and techygang sent the wrong sandals. I tried to contact them to make an exchange for the correct item (I did so in two different ways), but they haven't responded. The sandals they sent me are labeled as Dr. Martens but Dr. Martens doesn't have these sandals on their website and techygang doesn't even show the sandals I received on their website. I suppose I have been sent a fraud set of Dr. Martens.
