I had tickets for Foreigner, Kansas and Europe for July 2020. I was no surprise that the event was canceled due to COVID. I received an Email from Event Ticket Center stating that I could receive a full refund or 120% voucher but in order to get the refund I had to respond within 12hrs. Really 12hrs, I only check my email a couple of times per week so the time had come and gone before I even saw the email. Fast forward a year and I found another event I wanted to attend STYX and REO Speedwagon in SLC. On July 26,2021 I went to their website and tried to purchase to tickets using my voucher but found out it was expired. I emailed them asking how it could expire if there was no way to use it due to COVID and received a response 3 weeks later (yes 21 days to respond) Upon receiving my email saying they extended the voucher I once again went online to attempt to purchase tickets only to find out there were very limited seats remaining and that there is no provisions on the purchase tickets page to redeem the voucher after I decided settle for far worse seats than I originally wanted to purchase. I then tried calling their "customer service" and after being on hold for 45 minutes I got a message that due to high call volumes I could press 1 and save my place in line and they would return my call in the order it was received that was 7 hrs ago and still no call back. To be clear the first time the offer for a call back was made was after waiting on the phone for 45 minutes. Whatever happened to treating your customers right?
