“Booked and never got a booking number but still charged”

I have just tried to book a flight from Vancouver to Dublin and was charged 1700 from my bank but have no booking number so cannot contact anyone as it says you need your booking number to do so. Absolute disgrace, I better have my refund or a booking number soon.

Sometimes when you attempt to book a flight in the app, the airline will place the authorization for the charge before the booking has been confirmed.
