I contacted the company and they got back to me within a day and got all my details and said that they would look into it. They said that there was a fee of $3060 to be paid in USDT erc20, which I did.They assigned John Gordon to help in the recovery. They said that they had to setup a decoy transaction and that I had to put up 1 bitcoin for the extraction to go through. So I did and when everything was setup they gave me the wallet address that the funds would be recieved from and they had me use blockchain web tools and do a nodes correction sync. Nodes correction sync is a prgram that they have to get my wallet password and remove my bitcoin and then blame me for withdrawing the funds. Then he tells me that this has never happened before and that they will pay half of the next bitcoin needed to try again.I wish that I could rate them in the negative.

I ordered a set of dumbbells on Nov 13/2020 and it is now Jan 12/2021. I can't seem to get any updates as to when my order would arrive. Or if a refund would be pending.

Bought a couple of items and returned one of them. They received it 5 weeks ago and have not approved my refund yet. Try to contact someone, good luck with that. Better to through Amazon.
