After settling for for less than ideal tickets on ticket master due to the ones I wanted not being available... and later becoming available, ticket master informed me that my refund request would have to go through Austin360 Amphitheater, not through them. Not quite, as I found out. Ticket Master would have to request the refund from Austin 360. I found this out by emailing Austin 360 with my problem. They promptly responded with the procedure to follow while not promising anything. Another phone call to ticket master, being told there would absolutely be no refund I demanded a supervisor be put on the phone and after hearing the same BS she finally claimed she would send the request to Austin 360. I received the refund of $209 and owe it all to the communications with Austin 360 and them knowing my plight. If it was up to Ticket Master I would be out the $209.
