I purchased this to recover an laptop that I could leave with family in a nursing home. Has not worked after following all of the "canned" email solutions. After sending muliple messsges with exact diagnostic error messages, I can't even get a response.
My recommendation is to save your money and frustation. DON"T BUY THIS PRODUCT
LuckyVitamin seems to be back on track as to product availability. Have used them for years. There was a period when products showing "in stock" were actually on back order.
