Over a week from placing an order, no communication, contacted Reebok via chat to be told 11,000 orders have not gone out due to a labelling issue in their warehouse. Do you think I could cancel my order? No. Do you think I could get an eta when this problem would be resolved? No. Do you think they would respond in a sympathetic way? No. The response was a sad face emoji.
So $130 on trainers and I don't know when they will arrive. They have charged me but I don't have my product.
