I used the People Claim service when a tenant skipped out on rent and utilities/internet and left the state, making it impossible to pursue him in court. Even if I had been able to go through small claims (which would have been too costly), I doubt it would have been as effective as People Claim. It took time, but he paid the full amount he owed plus interest ($3,400). Nothing less than bringing my case, and his name, under public scrutiny would have worked. I can't say enough good things about People Claims professionalism, responsively, empathy and ultimate effectiveness. It renewed my faith that the web can be a force for good.
Tip for consumers:
Be patient. Get full names with middle initial.

I have read really unfair reviews of Fiverr. Have had very good experiences with them. Yes, it takes a little more patience with the language issue, and yes, time zones make for occasional inconvenience, but I have found the actual results as good a quality as designs that are MUCH more expensive. Ofourse $5 is a teaser price. People who give such harsh reviews would probably own sweatshops.
