“UNABLE TO REGISTER OR GET HELP!”

Can't even get into site, can't register, because the the validation captcha even though done 100% CORRECTLY DISALLOWS as being correct. Can't seek help or aid unless you enter via registration... namecheap search reveals it as a sub domain to MY.com and MY.com is a gamers portal for apps and functions more so as a community like Yelp or yahoo... I have no choice but to feel that it is a hoax or fake page. If anybody else gains entry please advise otherwise...

Any company selling high quality or pmbrand name electronics are fake they will take your money...
