I recently purchased a laptop computer from Newegg. Before delivery, a friend gave me one. I attempted to cancel my order but it was too late. I returned the laptop unopened and was charge over 15% for restocking - more than $400! I'll never do business with them again and suggest you don't either.

Return policies can vary from item to item, but in most cases, a 15% restocking fee is automatically applied when an item is returned for a personal reason.
