I tried to go through Apple Store, but was told they could not perform the battery replacement due to a faulty Bluetooth Module. Ordered battery replacement through iFixit.com and received battery and tools. Instructional videos were clear and I had the job done less than an hour. Very pleased with product and will order from this company again!
