If you play with high end electronics long enough, you'll deal with plenty of companies; sometimes directly with manufacturer's (Intel, Gigabyte) over warranty claims, sometimes with vendors over returns. But rarely will you find a customer service experience like you'll get at B&H. Contacting them about as issue is like calling your buddy to help you, or calling that little store you always go to that knows your name. The person you talk to will personlly handle your claim, personally call you back, not pass you off to someone else because they're tired of dealing with you. I look here first for my high end motherboards, graphics cards, etc, and unless the price is drastically different, which it rarely is, I try to buy from here first because of the peace of mind of knowing how I'll be treated.
