This company is not easy to deal with. I ordered a Penguin II 15K AC unit for my RV on 9/18/2020. It stated on the web page that it on back order and should ship within 6 - 8 weeks. I was charged the full amount that day for the AC Unit as well as Taxes and Shipping. Common practice as most companies get paid up front for orders. This was understandable as the shut down due to the virus, but as of 12/21/2020 I sent an email to them wanting an update. (note you can't contact them by phone as it is a recording and has no voice mail either) I was sent a response that the manufacture had everything on back order and they would let me know what if anything changed. I then requested a full refund for my order as I have found the same item at another company that had stock. Absolute silence, not a word from them so I sent the request again and they responded with we need your order number. I sent back the information and have heard nothing back as of 01/12/2021. This is very poor customer service and I urge everyone to think about dealing with a company you can't call and will not contact you back.
