I have been a customer for a short time, but so far it has been an excellent experience. The customer service is phenomenal.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They shut my account down because I supposedly violated the Terms of Service, but they will not tell me what exactly I did wrong. I transferred money onto my account from other accounts, and I shopped at low-risk merchants like Sam's Club, Walmart, and Food Lion. So, if you use the functionality provided and shop at pharmacies, discount stores, and supermarkets watch out they may close your account as well.
