I made a purchase for an item that cost about $60. I received a bubble mailer that was not sealed and my item was not inside of it. I called in and they said that the item must have been lost or stolen in transit and that they would process a refund and I would hear back from them same business day. They never emailed me again as promised so I called a second time and explained the situation again - I was told the same thing; they would process a refund and I would get an email confirmation same business day. Surprise! Still nothing. I call a third time and I'm told the same thing. Every time they say they don't see a refund processing but can see that I called. This is absolutely ridiculous.
