“Very bad experience”

I purchased tickets from Event Tickets, and when I said I couldn't go, they said they could put it on Tickets to Cash. I just received a phone number, nothing else. I did not hear back from them. Now, I tried to phone them, and you cannot get someone to talk to. Plus, I tried to create an account, and it said that I already had an account.
Long story short, this is a sister company to Event Tickets. Very poor service and information. I would not recommend this service at all.
