Before I purchased two pairs of shoes from this company, I read a few reviews that the shoes take a really long time to arrive. I really wanted the shoes and read that they ship in 5-7 business days so I thought maybe a couple of people just had bad luck. Going against my better judgment, I ordered 2 pairs. The first arrived about a month and a half later and we're too small. It's been almost 3 months and the other pair hasn't arrived yet. When searching for a customer service number, you can't find one, only email. They have only responded to 2 of my emails not resolving any issue. I have never dealt with such an terrible company before. These are cute shoes but not worth the trouble you have to go throw to get half of your order. Inkkas, you're the worst.
