My frustrations are the same as all the other reviews. I didn't expect to receive a significant payout like on some other 'designer' consignment websites where you get to name your own price for the item(s) you sell/post, but their payouts are absolutely ridiculous. Name brand, gently used, CURRENT/TRENDY, items you receive pocket change for. Its absolutely absurd. They charge you to ship, charge you to return which is conveniently ALWAYS more than any payout amount you will ever receive.
Consign locally or take your clothes to some retail stores to get % of items you buy from that store. I really think this company should NOT be in business with their current business model. If people STOP SELLING, there inventory will dwindle and they will be forced to refine their policies that benefit all parties instead of just THEM.
