1) People who sell them don't know how to reload or how they work
2) Customer service (ironically named) is almost impossible to get through to speak to anyone. Either perma hold with bad music or they just won't put you through
3) Money disappeared from my card with no trace, there one minute gone the next
4) Is there a way to give less than one star for this review?
I will NEVER buy another one of these cards
