The website would not allow me to place my order due to an "error in my basket" which would not go away no matter what I ordered. It also didn't stop "iherb netherlands b. V. amsterdam" from charging my credit card for an order I couldn't place (why not iherb US?... is this now a scam site?).
Tech support gave me the run around for two weeks and said their was no fix, but that I should "keep trying". I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one and I told iHerb to cancel my account.
Do NOT give them credit card access. AVOID!
