I am so thankful I found this agency! I worked with Jason and Lorena and they were both absolutely amazing and took all the stress and worry away from planning such a big trip! Jason did a wonderful job planning our family vacation! He was patient, friendly, and professional! You could tell he truly cared about ensuring he met our expectations and planned a trip we would all love, within our budget, and never hesitated to make changes if I voiced even the slightest dislike in something. Jason even took the extra step to ensure we had a booster seat for all transports for my youngest son so we didn't have to travel with one! Lorena was a God send! There for us every step of the way from answering pre trip questions, to checking in throughout and after our trip! They were there for us anytime we needed them! This was extremely important to me as this was my family and I, first trip out of the country and although it was all fine, my nerves leading up to the trip were through the roof with questions and doubts! My family consists of myself, my significant other, and our 3 boys ranging in age from 13,10, and 6. We ALL had the time of our lives thanks to my costarica! Our trip all the way from the driver's who transported us, to the hotels, tours, and customer service were hands down the best, we had the trip of our dreams! It was everything we could have asked for and more! I will definitely be recommending this agency to all our family and friends and will be using them again for our next CR trip!
