I placed an order for a custom shirt that they not only got wrong because the customer service rep misinformed me about the product, but then didn't call me back until AFTER the item shipped when I asked for it to be cancelled since it hasn't been completed yet. Then the "supervisor" FINALLY calls back to say sorry, can't help other than to take $2 off your next order. If it wasn't done correctly the first time, I'm surely not paying you more! On 3 different occasions the CSR didn't do what was said and now I'm out of the money and the shirt for my mother in law's only Christmas present. Seems like a big scam! Had they called me back when promised, the completion/shipping could have been prevented. They knew to wait until it was too late!
