Have ordered a few times, once the business was out of business and it took several weeks to get a refund. Then restaurant. Com was a scam and the refunded the money again after a couple weeks. Just seems like the don't have the bus worked out our are taking less than reputable companies.

I am a frequent online shopper so I signed up for Prime. I am becoming more and more frustrated with the service. They will allow members to list items as prime eligible and then the product isn't available to ship for a month. Also, I have major price gouging so be an informed consumer about half the time it is actually a deal or just fair market value. Also pay attention to the availability to ship terms very small and often don't appear until you add it to your cart.

No one beats Costco on customer service! Have shopped with them my whole adult life and they are generally unmatched for quality products and a decent value and totally stand behind all products they sell. I shop both in the warehouse and online, excellent processing and shipping speeds and practice.

Have ordered a lot through Groupon. It seems that they are taking more an more items/deals that aren't really deals. Most recent was a local hair salon that talked about a $50 for a haircut and deep conditioning treatment for $15. I showed up and it was a fantastic sam's type place that regularly charges $9.95 for a hair cut and only $9 if you come in before noon. Do your research and have found some great new restaurants because of them as well.

I ordered from the company and only got about half of the items that I ordered. Leah was the person that I was dealing with for more than 4 months before getting things resolved. I exchanged no less than 100 emails with lame excuses and telling me that the items that I ordered are no longer being sold. I would select new items and the same process would happen after about two weeks. It was not until I let them know I would be filing fraud charges with the bank and credit card company. During this process the website was seized by the NFL along with about 1500 others, they were promptly back up within days and a new domain name. Buyer beware, you may get some of your order and you may not. The shipping also took about 4 weeks to come in initially. I also found it funny when I set up to order online and did not submit payment, she called me repeatedly for 3 days, when I was contacting her about problems or fraud, she would take weeks to get back.

Technical difficulties made it difficult to even get started. Then customer service only got worse. I have requested a refund from Living social. Beware, do not purchase big time scam and horrible customer service.

Three times now I have tried and entered the number from living social, three times the credit showed up but then disappeared when I would try to check out the shopping cart. I am sorely disappointed in the website functionality and the poor representation for customer service. Clearly you did not read nor respond to the concerns that I expressed. I will be requesting a refund from Living social and leaving reviews every where I can find so that others may be warned about your garbage business practices.
