Horrible, horrible customer service. My fiance had a medical emergency and we weren't able to make the 3D movie we got tickets to ($50 for 2 3D movie tickets). I contacted Fandango the next day to explain what happened and see if we could just get another set of tickets to the same movie. After almost A MONTH, they finally got back to me and said that corporate offices had reviewed the case and denied the request.
