I checked, and although the perfume was not expired, it WAS ruined, probably due to heat exposure. I spent over 100.00 and received only CRAPPY perfume. Do not buy from them - they have sent me the last crappy perfume. I promise you it is better to get perfume from someone you can trust, like Sephora, Ulta, or a major department store. I emailed them about the problem several times, ZERO response. Once they have your money, they do NOT care. It is a ripoff and you will get substandard perfume, I guarantee you.

I recall cancelling Scentbird back in the summer. Then in December, SURPRISE! I cancelled due to their deceptive marketing. Yes, you CAN get premium perfumes for FIVE extra dollars, but you don't find that out til later. Then, to top it off they had the nerve to send me Eau De Toilette instead of the perfume I THOUGHT I was getting. I am done with them, and I cancelled AGAIN, taking a screenshot as proof. Because if I see another charge from Scentbird, I WILL be pressing some charges of my own.
