AARP app & access to benefits is usually unavailable. Customer Service doesn't know whether it will be 2 weeks or longer before they fix their app.

They routinely lose reservations. They lie or act stupid to no end. Their housekeeping is poor. They were repeatedly warned about letting condo association having advanced notice of renters. Then renters can't access condo because VRP screwed up, again
