I've never seen such a terrible and unprofessional reply to a feedback email, not even requesting a refund, just honest feedback.
After several emails and a very polite conversation which became un-civil after the flat out sarcasm and rude responses to my questions, I will be pursuing further action via the ACCC
You called me and told me to "$#*! myself", so I'm sorry if I'm not exactly forthcoming with assistance. Seller beware.
