Horrible experience with hairwigs.ca.The company makes people think they are located in Canada by calling it (. Ca) but they really are in CHINA!. You don't find oout they are in China until you have your payment go through and they send a processing order back to you in CHINESE and part of it in English. I cancelled the order AFTER I found this out and they told me I couldn't do that because I did it 2 days after yet on their site no where does it say anything about a cancelation policy.No phone number just email contact as well. I told them my bank will investigate and then they said I would only get 70% back then 2 weeks later they said 80% because my bank got a hold of them. But thank GOD my bank gave me ALL my money back.And that rip off company never replied back to me.
