I booked tickets for Nairobi, got my confirmation than they cancelled the booking without providing a reason. I called them to enquire and they told me that they had called me and spoke with my (which is a total lie) telling me the ticket price had increased after reservation and before ticketing and that I needed to pay more. No one called or emailed to communicate this. So when I called to ask why they cancelled, the prices had changed back and they said they could issue the tickets. Yet a quick search on line priced the exact same flights at much lower.

I asked them why they are charging more now than what is on line but they said they could only honor the original price of the booking.
