Businesses owe a certain level of care to their customers, and I received absolutely no respect from Fanatics Customer Service. I called on February 18th, 2020 because I never received a package that was shipped on December 31st, 2019. When I called, the customer service person blamed the the postal service for unsuccessfully delivering the package, even though I was given no tracking or shipping information about this during the 2 months that I was waiting for the package. The woman even told me to "calm down" when I simply said how messed up it was that they were not only unapologetic but also not taking accountability for never giving me a package I had paid for. She said that I could get it refunded and didn't even offer an apology or a discount on behalf of all the frustration I had to deal with going through this process. Don't bother wasting your money here.
