I was having problems with my AC cooling properly. I called Bryant Heating & Cooling on a Saturday between 3:30 - 4:00. I had a technician at my house within 10 minutes after hanging up from the phone call. My tech Chris Recker above and beyond helpful, knowledgeable and kind. After researching all options it was found I need my unit replaced. He showed me the different options in units I had to choose from and he took the time to have credit approval done on the spot. And with all this great to say I'm also happy to say they will be here tomorrow Sunday to put new unit in. No extra charge for Sunday. The price included great warranties and couple other perks. This is not a fun process to go through or to find out such a major cost in home is needed. But Bryant made it very pleasant and non stressful. I would recommend Bryant to anybody... And Chris is a great asset to the company... The promptness and timely manner of service is Awesome and was very unexpected.
