I use Amazon consistently and have for a few years. I have never been disappointed in the delivery time or customer service. I LOVE Amazon!

I ordered flowers and a balloon to be delivered on my daughter's birthday and paid extra to have them there before noon because she was not going to be there again until evening. They didn't show up until after 3pm AND minus the balloon. I called the company and was told that the florist they use is too far from my daughters house to get there before noon. Why then do they check the address before saying they can guarantee the delivery? The flowers were ok. Not what the picture looked like at all. I won't use them again
