I enrolled my 2 kids in the fall of 2019. They had a very fair education, given the amount of money I spent. Covid-19 hit in March. There was minimal communication. After a month, only virtual learning was available for only a small portion of their classes. We did not want to partake in that as my children were too young for virtual learning and so we opted out. The owner proceeded to deduct the remainder of 2020's tuition from our account in bad faith. We only had 3 out of 14 weeks of actual classes. After several messages to the owner, she did not give any of the money back to us. There are a handful of other families in the same boat as us. We are very disappointed as we wanted to come to a fair resolution. During a time of crisis the owner did not care about how this would affect the families in a time of need. Instead they just took care of their own staff's needs and expenses, despite the fact that the school was closed and we were not getting any education. The owner ignored all attempts from us to work this out. We now have to seek legal options.

Tip for consumers:
I would avoid this learning center and seek a more professional and reputable organization.
