Customer service is not very helpful and they continue to come up with excuses as to why my order hasn't arrived and why they can't ship a replacement. I can order from any other company and it comes in a timely manner. I ordered on the 7th of April and it is obvious that my package is lost but they won't help until after 15 days. I needed this order for a wedding this weekend and they won't overnight anything because according to the customer service person i spoke to "We don't do that".

Wasnt able to use any because they won't replace my product and I will be asking for a refund once I can get anyone to do something
