We recently stayed at a rental property at Virginia Beach managed/rented by Seibert realty. One of the reasons I selected this particular property was for the private pool. Upon arrival we discovered the pool had not been opened in fact the outside of the house was not guest ready. The outdoor shower had not been turned on making it difficult not to track sand into the home. When we mentioned this to the realtor at Seibert their response was well its early in the season. We would have rented another property had we know the pool was not going to be available for our stay. Remember the realtor is working for the owner not the renter so please ask detailed questions before signing on the dotted line.
