I ordered two shirts on 1/12. I checked the status and was told they would arrive between 1/22 and 1/23. After not receiving them by this date, I emailed customer service and was told nothing except that my shipping had been upgraded for free. A week later, I was notified by customer service that my items werent in stock, asking what Id like to do about it. I should have been notified that my items werent in stock, if not when it was originally ordered, then certainly when I emailed wondering where my order was. This is the first time I tried to order from them and was so excited to have the shirts for my sons first birthday. However, after the ridiculous delay, lack of communication, and horrible customer service, I can guarantee I will never do so again.
