They canceled less than one hour before the appointment and told me to reschedule A WEEK LATER. Already had to wait 10 days for the first appointment. YES they cancel and then put you in the back of the line. No incentive to rebook as they would be able to cancel again and never actually help you.
“I had a scheduled appointment for 9am and at 8:18am an email says he isn't coming because he is sick. He knew he was sick yesterday; tell me sooner. Why didn't they offer a new mechanic to come out and service my car? This is beyond an inconvenience.”
